From the start of a program of social housing kitchen replacement/refurbishments with a range of kitchen designs in a scattered property program. These properties were very neglected and in need of major renovations with varied trades involved including a specialist asbestos removal firm that we would like to thank with their excellent response times and working to our busy program. All kitchens needed a full electrical rewire and most properties required new CCU's installed
Redesigned kitchen
All the residents had a new kitchen design to follow the new health and Safety regulations and all the residents could choose their own worktops, kitchen cupboards, flooring, tilling and painting with the help of our kitchen surveyor and our resident liaison officer who was at hand to help residents in every aspect of their new kitchen installation and preparations that they were required to do before the start of their works.
Almost complete

Our staff were on site daily from start to finish and could help the residents with any questions that they had or any changes that they wished to make during their installation.  This resident asked if we could help with installing their own splash back and help getting their very large American fridge freezer back in the kitchen and now fully installed with the plumbing connected for cold water and ice - the resident is overjoyed with the results.
Another kitchen where we had to block up a door to give them more cupboard space and room for their new appliances to be installed after completion. Full CP12 gas safety checks and certification was produced for each property that had a gas supply, most of these properties we installed new gas cookers or moved radiators that were no longer in use.

All properties were given a new fire door to their kitchen completely fitted by our qualified fire trained carpenters. Complete FD30 doors with perkos fitted on site.

Mrs Jacobs is over the moon with her new kitchen and said she "can't stop looking at it" She is so happy with how bright and clean the kitchen now looks. Mrs Jacobs also had a new bathroom fitted at the same time, so this was a big upheaval for her, but she is overjoyed with the final results.
